Qualification
- Junior Research Fellow: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc (ECE/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ Nanotechnology/ Chemical Technology/ Material Science/ Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Technical Assistant: B.Sc. Or 3 Years Diploma in Engineering and Technology.
- Junior Research Fellow: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc (ECE/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Nanotechnology/ Chemical Technology/ Material Science/ Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science or equivalent with CSIR/ UGC NET or valid GATE score. B.E./B.Tech.(Applied Physics/ Nanotechnology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Material Science) or equivalent with NET or valid GATE score.
Salary Details
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25000 – 31000/- per month
- Technical Assistant: Rs. 20000/- per month
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25000 – 31000/- per month
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25000 – 31000/- per month
Age Limit
- Junior Research Fellow: 35 years
- Technical Assistant: 50 years
- Junior Research Fellow: 35 years
